Returns & Refunds:

Customers must call (1-877-245-3755) first before returning any product to MJR Products.

MJR Products, LLC offers a 30 day Money Back Guarantee on all purchases.

Returns must be returned within 30 days in original packaging and in same condition as when received.

Refunds will be for the purchase price only not shipping charges.

All refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receipt of returned merchandise.

Refunds will be processed with the same form of payment you made while purchasing the item(s).

Customers are responsible for the shipping charges to getting the item(s) back to our address.

For orders over $75, customers will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

All Cues that are returned must not be chalked and must be in new condition.

Exchanges:

MJR Products, LLC does allow exchanges in most situations.

Customers are responsible for the shipping charges of returning the product.

Customers will also be charged return shipping for the new item at the normal shipping rate.

Customers will be responsible for the difference in price if the exchanged item price is more.

Customers will be credited the difference in price if the exchanged item price is less.

Cancellation & Other Issues:
